The Conspirators of the Philhealth Fund Anomaly?

Medyo nanahimik ako sandali sa isyu na ipinukol sa dating presidente na si Noynoy Aquino tungkol sa Dengvaxia. pero sa nalaman kong panibagong scandal na kinasasangkutan ng mga “collaborators” na nagsabwatan di-umano para “gatasan” at halos sairin ang pondo ng Philhealth at the expense of the health benefits of the senior citizen in our country, tumaas na naman ang blood pressure ko. Kung totoo ito at mapapatunayan, hindi lang pala siya ang “pinaka-tangang” Presidente na naluklok sa kasaysayan ng ating bansa, siya rin ang pinaka-ugok at stupid President na nagawang paglaruan, at gawing “stamp pad” ng mga matatalino niyang cabinet secretaries. For being dumb and without any common sense at all (maybe this is his alibi) naaksaya, and at the same time, nagkakamal ng milyong salapi ang kanyang mga alipores sa bawat “pirma” na nag-a-authorized para isakatuparan ang isang iskema na lumalabag sa alituntunin ng isang ahensiya na ninanakawan nila ng pondo.

But being dumb is not an excuse nor alibi for Noynoy Aquino just to escape his liabilities in this kind of annomaly if proven. He is the President of the Republic of the Philippines. Kahit under niya si Abad, at Garin at nagsisilbing tuta dito si former Philhealth head Alex Padilla. Kay Noynoy Aquino pa rin ang bagsak ng sisi. Ito ang dapat aksiyunan agad ng Ombusdman. Maybe by the soon to be appointed Ombusman (whoever he/she is) dahil magreretiro na ang kasalukuyang nakaupo dito na si Conchita Carpio Morales. They have to double their effort to gather more documentary evidences to pin down these what do they called collaborators in the past administration.

With this new administration now, who have a political will to kick out left and right the corrupt officials na nananatiling magnanakaw sa gobyerno siguro this is also the right time na maipakulong naman ang mga collaborators na ito na lumustay, nag-aksaya, at pinagkaperahan ang Philhealth Fund. Headed of course by former Philippine President Benigno Simeon Aquino III (stamp pad) his allegedly wise and brain innkeeper of government fund (money) former Budget Secretary Butch Abad and maybe the author of this anomalous scheme former DOH Secretary Janet Garin. Saling pusa man dito si Philhealth head, Alex Padilla, malaki rin ang kanyang pananagutan dahil allegedly napalusutan nila ang Philhealth Board of Directors whereas they did not present nor seek their approval gayong mahigit 10 billion pesos ang sangkot na halaga.

I urge the “senior citizen” in our country, the “victims of Dengvaxia vaccine” and of course, to all the Philhealth members to rally behind and  support all the legal action against them. To put these allegedly collaborators behind bars.. No more alibis for them. No more blah-blah-blah for former DOH Secretary Garin, and no more alibis that he is just a stamp pad of his/her wise cabinet secretaries for Noynoy Aquino. I plead to the current administration (Duterte) not to be cowed nor treat these individuals a sacred cow. They did it to the former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, why not to these dumb president, who accidentally and tragically ruled our nation for six years and became the stamp pad of his corrupt and appointed (ka-KKK) government officials.
